Requirement:
- Candidate with a minimum of a bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, or other related field, such as accounting or mathematics, and a minimum of eight years of professional work experience in computer programming. Candidates must possess necessary skills for minimum on-the-job training.
- Candidate with a minimum of eight years of hands-on full-stack developer experience, with knowledge and utilization of the skillsets listed below during any duration of the eight years. Please provide specifics in detailed evidence in the narrative section below:
- ASP.Net Core 3.x
- ASP.Net Framework 4.x
- ASP.Net Web Forms
- Entity Framework (or EFCore)
- JavaScript - Any Major Framework (Vue, React, Angular)
- SQL Server 2008
- T-SQL
- Visual Basic / C#
- APIs
- Identity Server or other use of OAuth2 principles
- Candidate with a minimum of eight years of experience as a full-stack developer on large-scale IT development experience. At least two of the eight years must be performed at a senior level with consecutive years' experience with the same employer/project. A successful candidate will have proven senior-level work experience, which requires in-depth knowledge, technical skillsets, and decision-making roles within the project. Such competence level in candidate's response should be clearly detailed by providing specific job duties demonstrating senior-level experience.
- Candidate who has at least four years of experience using Agile software development cycles leveraging TFS/Azure DevOps.
- Candidate with a minimum of five years of work experience in a senior developer role demonstrating proven expertise developing for a large-scale Special Education Programs, including Special Education Approval and Reimbursement systems, Special Education Private Facility management systems, and Special Education Dispute Resolution systems at a State Education Agency.
