Duties:
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Patient Work-up: Taking medical histories, inputting chief complaints, and performing pre-test equipment procedures.
- Clinical Support: Charting patient medical findings alongside the doctor.
- Administrative Duties: Filing insurance, processing medical prescriptions, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing referrals.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized patient records.
- Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with current medical coding and terminology.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask while consistently providing a high level of customer service.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate!
