ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst working onsite in North Reading, MA to support our premier client’s procurement team. This is a full-time, onsite 2-month contract role.
In this role, you will support end-to-end deployment order management while partnering closely with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who enjoys working with complex systems, managing multiple projects, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment order activities, including order execution, issue resolution, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure site health readiness and maintain a high standard of delivery excellence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment install plan (EIP) and sales order (SO) mismatches.
- Resolve customer tickets, address system deficiencies, and close supply or delivery gaps.
- Contribute to operational excellence by supporting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, scalability, cost optimization, and waste reduction.
- Partner with supply chain leadership to support sustainability and long-term operational improvements.
- Maintain and update internal documentation for training, reference, and knowledge sharing.
- Support multiple deployment engineering projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and prioritization.
- Actively contribute to and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL or experience building and managing analytical models.
- Conceptual understanding of systems, workflows, and configuration management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating across teams.

- Prior experience in an analyst role within supply chain, operations, or logistics environments.
- Exposure to deployment, order management, or robotics-enabled operations.
