What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Bus Safety Supervisor position at Educational Bus Transportation, Inc.?
- Oversee all aspects of safety for school bus/transit company.
- Carry out 19A and SBDI requirements for school bus/transit transportation staff.
- Train drivers, monitors, attendants and students on safe operation and riding on buses.
- Handling customer service issues both internally and externally.
- Managing schedules.
- On road supervision.
- Inputting and communicating accident and incident information.
- Ability to handle phones, nextels, two way radios.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational skills
- CDL license must obtain "S" endorsement
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must be detail oriented, accurate, conscientious, work independently.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to make sound decsions on a regular basis and know when to bring issue, questions, and problems to manager.
