Expected Job Duties
- Recruit and hire qualified instructors, including managing all administrative aspects of the hiring process, such as contracts, paperwork, onboarding, and coordinating payments.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive instructor training programs.
- Supervise instructors and provide ongoing support to ensure effective teaching.
- Manage the ordering and preparation of classroom materials.
- Coordinate on-site academic activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan and oversee class-specific field trips.
- Serve as a primary point of support for instructors throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education (preferred).
- Teaching experience, ideally with advanced high school students.
- Experience working with teenagers in academic or extracurricular settings.
- Prior experience with international students is highly desirable.
Job Commitment
- Virtual: January to June, August 2025 2-12 hours/week
- In person full time: July 2025 program Pay: ~$30/hour
