What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crisis Paraprofessional position at Edward F. Parthum Elementary School?
The Parthum Elementary School is seeking a Crisis Para for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate possesses a belief that all students are capable of learning. Experience with supporting at risk students is recommended. Crisis Paraprofessional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Supporting students’ behaviors schoolwide.
-Providing support for students as determined by needs
-Participating in the Panther P.R.I.D.E. schoolwide positive behavior support protocols
-Establishing and maintaining collaboration in the classroom with the classroom teacher
-Supporting check in and check out sheets and various programs within the school.
-Maintaining confidentiality of student information
-Completing additional duties as assigned
