Team Overview:
As a Customer Identity and Access Management Engineer specializing in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (PingOne AIC), you will report to the Team Lead while helping to coordinate work across a portfolio of teams. Your role is to ensure that Identity and Access Management solutions meet customer requirements and adhere to the Firm's standards. You will design, build, document, and maintain these solutions to ensure optimal performance, stability, and security. Your expertise in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud will be crucial in solving complex challenges related to Identity Management and Access Control. You will also mentor other engineers, enhancing their skills in Identity and Access Management.

Your role is to ensure that Identity and Access Management solutions meet customer requirements and adhere to the Firm's standards. You will design, build, document, and maintain these solutions to ensure optimal performance, stability, and security. Your expertise in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud will be crucial in solving complex challenges related to Identity Management and Access Control. You will also mentor other engineers, enhancing their skills in Identity and Access Management.
What You'll Do:
- Implement and optimize Identity and Access Management solutions for customers using PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, ensuring integration, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in identity governance and management, focusing on Ping solutions.
- Lead the solution design lifecycle for Identity and Access Management applications, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide design oversight to ensure cohesive and effective Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Stay informed about new technologies in Identity and Access Management and share insights with stakeholders.
- Implement frameworks for change management and performance monitoring specific to identity solutions.
- Lead incident response for Identity and Access Management issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Communicate effectively with peers and leaders about identity management progress and challenges.
- Establish relationships with key vendors to support Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Mentor team members in Identity and Access Management practices.
What Experience You'll Need:
- Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management, particularly with Ping Advanced Identity Cloud focusing on customer identities and workflows.
- Experience with cloud environments and deploying infrastructure as code.
- Advanced programming skills in JavaScript, specifically with experience coding PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud journey nodes, scripts, and endpoints.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python.
- Proficiency in architectural diagrams and documentation for Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working with Product Teams.
