We are seeking an experienced Licensed Escrow Officer with an active book of business who wants autonomy, leadership, and growth. This is a senior role designed for a producer who wants to run files independently while helping expand an escrow department.
Responsibilities include managing residential and commercial escrow transactions from open to close, preparing Closing Disclosures, coordinating title and curative work with in-house attorneys, conducting closings, and ensuring compliant funding and disbursement. The role also includes business development, networking, and supporting marketing efforts, including the company Facebook page.
Requirements:
Active Texas Escrow Officer License
Proven escrow closing experience
Existing book of business or strong referral network
Experience with RamQuest preferred
Strong compliance and customer service skills
Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly production bonuses with earning potential exceeding $150,000 annually.
