Position Overview:

The Draftsperson will work directly with the engineering team to support project execution by creating detailed, precise drafting solutions. This role requires a motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Operations Staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoDesk AutoCAD and Inventor drafting software to develop detailed technical drawings.
• Interpret verbal and written instructions to complete drafting assignments accurately.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Provide drafting expertise in collaboration with project stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Drafting and Design from an accredited program.
• 5 years of verifiable experience in architectural, structural, or mechanical drafting.
• Proficiency with AutoDesk AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards (desirable).
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in structural steel detailing, civil drafting, or mechanical drafting.
