Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Assist with the daily operations within the FTZ.
- Completing entry paperwork, confirming order status, tally ins/outs, inventory coordination and documentation for products leaving the FTZ .
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage information effectively.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Bilingual particularly in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.

Work schedule Monday-Friday 8a.m. to 5p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
