EF Senior Care, the leading Senior Living Management/Consulting firm in MA, is expanding and hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Consultants to assist our teams with compliance audits in SNF's and AL's throughout the Commonwealth. Part-time and per diem positions are available immediately. Excellent salary.
POSITION SUMMARY: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Consultant
Knowledge of current DPH long-term care regulations for nursing homes and/or EOEA regulations for Assisted Living, as well as prior experience or knowledge of current COVID compliance guidelines. We will provide clinical oversight and supervision as required for each assignment. Individual assignments occur on weekdays at different client facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Consultant
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Registered Nurse (RN) required
- License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
- Certification in Infection Control Prevention is preferred
- Current with Massachusetts Continuing Education (CE) requirements
- Three (3) years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience, of which one (1) year in a long-term care environment and one (1) year of experience as an instructor preferred
