- Facilitate Group Therapy, Individual and Family Counseling
- Collaborate closely with school administrators and district partners
- Navigate and refer within the mental health continuum when appropriate
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Attend team meetings and supervision sessions
- Maintain licensure and uphold ethical standards
- Participate in ongoing clinical development through ESS learning opportunities
- Licensed in social work, counseling, or marriage/family therapy in NJ (Full clinical license is preferred- LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
- 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in behavioral health settings
- Willing to travel across districts (no more than one school per day)
- NJ School Social Work Certification (for social workers)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office
