What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Efficient Property Service?
Efficient Property Service, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for properties throughout Southern Oregon. At the direction of the Regional Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for inspections, building maintenance, work order maintenance in occupied properties, and turnover work in vacant properties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic plumbing duties such as cleaning stoppages, replacing fittings, changing water heaters, fixing leaks, repairing toilets, fixing and/or replacing garbage disposals, etc.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues to determine the need for outsourced work, etc.
- Perform general carpentry and drywall work including interior painting
- Participate in standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend and holiday coverage
- Responsible for inventory control and proper utilization of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Perform regular property inspections at move-out, move-in, and periodic.
- Keep accurate records regarding work order time and materials, inventories, etc.
EXPECTATIONS

- Must have good computer and administrative skills
High school diploma, or equivalent, and 3 to 5 years of construction or property management maintenance experience required. The weekly schedule will be dependant upon work available.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
