The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports and assists the organization’s operations. The APM will manage project estimating, ordering, and budget adherence, ensuring projects meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, client’s project managers, and site supers.
- Assist in selecting subcontractors and delegating responsibilities.
- Manage delays and emergencies to a satisfactory resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes and legal requirements.
- Report project progress and budget to management
- Prepare budget and cost estimates along with work timetables
- Work with the executive team to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers
- Support achieving strategic objectives critical to other areas within the firm.
- Desire to enhance understanding of the real estate and construction industries, focusing on ground-up and gut renovation multi-family, NYC affordable, and market-rate housing.
