We seek to hire a Residential Site Manager who will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while overseeing and managing new home construction projects in the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. The Residential Site Manager will work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are on schedule, meet quality expectations, and that customer satisfaction is always achieved. The ideal candidate will also have a successful track record of driving results through good judgement and exceptional problem solving.
The candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Coordinate all on-site home building activities
- Manage and follow a schedule from start to finish on new single family and/or multi-family homes
- Manage all paperwork and reports related to the new home building process
- Schedule and coordinate all required inspections
- Meet new home buyers for scheduled home site visits during construction
- Be responsible for the safety of those working on or visiting home sites
- Meet company expectations on finished product presentation by managing punch list and home completion

Requirements
Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years of construction management experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of construction carpentry experience
- Ability to create and manage a construction schedule
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology and strong organizational skills
