Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Repair Technician with a focus on mini-split systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, and while a refrigerant license is a plus, a willingness to obtain certification is essential. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mini-split heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair mini-split HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Communicate effectively to explain the nature of repairs, costs, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Install mini-split systems and components as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations, including handling refrigerants in a safe manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
    • Qualifications :
  • Required :

Minimum 2 years of HVAC repair experience, with a focus on mini-split systems.

  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred :

    • EPA refrigerant handling certification.

  • Certification or degree in HVAC systems or related field.
  • Experience working with both residential and commercial systems.
