What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an all-star Business Analyst, who will support and drive cross-departmental initiatives and work closely with EHE Health’s leadership team, board members, and corporate clients. The Business Analyst must be able to juggle various business projects, while supporting multiple teams in their strategic and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze results of our Fortune 500 clients and derive strategies to expand client partnerships; develop and support the implementation of comprehensive commercial strategies; and overall leverage advanced analytical methods to develop creative approaches that solve complex problems.

In this role, you will:

• Closely partner with department leaders to build account plans, forecast revenue trends, and identify investment needs to support growth
• Take a deep dive into financial and account data, providing analytical support for strategic commercial initiatives across departments
• Develop and support implementation of project plans for implementations across our unparalleled portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and state-of-the-art network of healthcare providers
• Support the creative design of client presentations that include clinical, financial and other program KPIs
• Assist with operationalizing, aggregated, deidentified population health care data retrieval across various platforms, like Salesforce and other cloud-based dashboards, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
• Structure, execute, monitor, and enhance Marketing initiatives by leveraging field and agency data to boost the Return-on-Investment (ROI) of client and media campaigns
• Monitor internal business needs such as tracking contract renewals, amending commercial terms, and timely billing and invoicing in collaboration with the Finance & Accounting team
• Consolidate all business delivery collateral including, but not limited to: client security history, network group data, and business presentations
• Organize internal and external Marketing and Sales campaigns

 What the role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field; advanced degree (MPH or MBA) a plus
• 1-2 years’ work experience in Management Consulting (ideally with a focus on healthcare) or In-house Strategy Department at healthcare company
• A demonstrated interest in preventive medicine and employer healthcare programs
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting demanding timelines
• Expert Excel skills and strong working knowledge of data visualization and management tools
• Outstanding attention to detail and process execution
• Motivation to tackle regularly changing projects and working under different leadership styles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
