Ehrlich Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Ehrlich is a fast paced hospital that is open 7 days a week, and offers wellness, urgent care and emergency services to the Tampa community.
We are seeking a full time team member with open availability that has minimum of 6 months veterinary experience, or 12 months reception experience in another medical setting. Schedule will be 35-40 hours weekly, and will include some nights and weekends.
Candidates must have well developed people skills, organizational skills, and be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Job duties include (but are not limited to) answering phones, checking in/out clients, general paperwork, payment processing and reconciliation, scheduling, medical triage, and general cleaning.
Pay is dependent on experience, and ranges from $16 to $19.
