Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to optimize and scale our clients' Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with clients and other Eigen X teammates to implement Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and the ability to lead implementations and integrations across various systems.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the custom application development, administration, reporting, and data integration of new and existing solutions using Salesforce as a solution platform.
- Design and develop data architecture and integrations between Salesforce and various client applications.
- Integrate web services with Salesforce, utilizing both WSDL and REST API.
- Architect and design object model structures compatible with Salesforce.
- Develop Apex triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Salesforce flows, including designing, building, and optimizing complex flow automations.
- Design and implement Salesforce Clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience.
- Manage and execute multiple Salesforce solution rollouts simultaneously.
- Researching and staying informed of the latest Salesforce technologies and features.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniScript, and OmniStudio.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, ETL, REST, SQL, and Flows
- Knowledge of deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, Blue Canvas.
- Extensive experience in integrating applications with Salesforce using ETL tools such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Boomi, Workato, Talend, or Jitterbit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with end-users, sponsors, and internal team members.
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Asana, etc
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification required
- Salesforce admin and advanced developer certification preferred.
- Experience with source control tools such as Github and Bitbucket and continuous integration.
- Consulting background a plus.
