Job Title: QA Analyst II – Salesforce/CPQ Integration
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote – flexible day)

Our Fortune 50 Telecommunications client in St. Louis, MO is seeking a QA II to join their Lab and Testing Organization, who’s currently heading on massive testing efforts within an CPQ/Salesforce integration!

Key Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce CPQ integration testing as part of the enterprise QA team
- Work closely with active scrum teams
- Help lead and direct offshore QA team members
- Troubleshoot and investigate defects, collaborating with developers to explain and resolve issues
- Perform end-to-end and integration testing using tools like Octane (or similar test case management tools)
- Assist with test planning, execution, and defect documentation
- Work in Agile 2-week sprint cycles, while aligning to a broader waterfall delivery model
Top Skills Required
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on QA testing background
- Proven experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and partnering with multiple scrum teams
- Experience directing offshore QA teams
- Ability to troubleshoot, explain, and escalate defects to developers
Nice-to-Have
- CPQ platform knowledge (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Experience with Octane or equivalent test case management tools
- API-based testing experience
- SQL/database familiarity (understanding legacy migration issues is a plus)
Tools & Tech Stack
- Salesforce Sales Cloud (core platform)
- Octane (defect/test case tracking) – not required, similar experience accepted
- JIRA, Agile methodologies
- CPQ (plus, but not required)
- Web services/API testing experience is beneficial
Work Schedule
- Hybrid Model: 4 days onsite in St. Louis, 1 day remote (candidate can choose the remote day)
- Must be based in St. Louis or willing to commute (no remote or other hubs at this time)
