Direct Support Professional
Florence, NJ
Are you outgoing, and supportive? Do you like listening to music, being outside and playing pool?
We are looking for multiple part-time Direct Support Professionals to assist a happy and sweet young man living in his own home. The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with behaviors, following behavior plans and assisting people with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Light household duties
- Medication administration
- Hygiene
- Meal prep and clean up
- Community outings
- Shift and behavior documentation
- Effective communication
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 1pm-4pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 1pm-4pm
- Per diem to cover vacation and sick time
Requirements:
- You must be willing to have a drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Familiar with following behavior plans.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

Pay rate: $20-$24 per hour based on experience
