Maintenance Specialist Role and Responsibilities
- Complete monthly safety inspections on facilities
- Clear the sidewalks and parking lot of ice and snow
- Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
- Repair and paint walls/ceilings as needed
- Repair doors and windows as needed
- Assist in moving furniture and other items as needed
- Assisting with vehicle maintenance
- Complete electrical and/or plumbing tasks as needed
Maintenance Specialist Qualifications and Education Requirements
- HS Diploma / GED
- Certification in Electrical work or Plumbing work
- Experience with light repairs and drywall/painting
