The Eisner, LLP Los Angeles Litigation Group is looking for a Litigation Associate (3-5 Year) from a high-end firm where they have had experience playing an integral role in cases and who can be deployed on any sort of litigation matter and has a particular interest in complex commercial and entertainment-related cases.
Ideal candidates should have experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, discovery, interview memos or other written work product. Experience preparing for and conducting depositions and preparing for and participating in arbitrations and trials is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable and experienced taking a leadership role in cases and at the Firm. They should also be capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once. We seek Associates who are eager and willing to work hard, and who pride themselves on care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail in their work.

Eisner’s Litigation Practice represents local, national, and international clients in all types of complex litigation. Applicable areas of interest include complex business disputes (contract, business torts), media and entertainment, real estate, apparel, beauty, retail, and intellectual property.
Requirements :
Requirements : Superior academic credentials
- J.D. from a top law school, top 20% of law school class
- CA bar membership, local candidates preferred
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must
- Highly developed organization, research, and analytical skills are essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work well in a team and communicate with coworkers
Benefits include :
Compensation range is $180,000 - $250,000 and depends on skills and experience.
