Ideal Candidates will be expected to:

• Follow an individualized home health plan of care
• Monitor all aspects of a patient’s care as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Licensed Practical Nurse's prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
• LPN's maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)
• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (One Year Shelf Life), Chest X-ray ( 6 Month Shelf Life) or Blood Test ( Upon Hire)
• Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or must be willing to participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
