Eklego is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to join a team of nursing professionals working in a direct-hire position at one of our Senior Care clients in the greater Fort Edward, NY area. Currently we have clients with Long Term Care and Sub Acute Care/Rehab opportunities, offering a Full-Time Day shift schedule, M-F, 7am-3pm with flexibility, plus occasional weekend coverage.

What will I do in this RN Manager role?
RN Managers oversee the day-to-day administration of established policies and programs relating to nursing care on the unit, including scheduling and personnel management, MDS compliance, and on-going resident assessment and evaluation. Coordinates care and services based on resident needs and individual preferences as determined by ongoing assessment and evaluation. Participates in C.N.A. and front line L.P.N. and R.N. selection and supervision. Coaches, orients, and trains direct reports and reports staff concerns to the Director of Nursing.
Requires:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BSN preferred
- 1-2 years' supervising direct reports
Prefer:
- Recent Acute nursing care experience
- Experience in Long Term Care LTC or Dementia Care
