We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production and quality output. The ideal candidate should have experience with machine operation, be detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functionality and production quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to produce products according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Familiarity with production processes and machinery.
****2nd shift (3-11pm) 3rd shift (11pm-7am)- Training will be done on the first shift. Must be flexible to work first shift for 4-6 weeks
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
