We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Putnam, CT. The Production Laborer will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals are achieved efficiently.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products
- Assist in operating production machinery
- Assemble products or components
- Conduct inspections of products
- Pack finished products into containers
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Production experience
- Machine operation
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication
- Shift availability
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Hours:
3:00PM-11:30PM
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
