Are you a results-driven and self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success in the beauty or pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, appointment setting, nurturing client relationships, and attending networking events to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and manage appointments with prospective clients to present our offerings and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support.
  • Attend industry-related networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and generate leads.
  • Perform market research and analysis. Stay informed of industry trends and market demands.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients.
  • Nurture current client relationships and ensure exceptional service. 
Skills/Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in a service-based industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Willingness to engage in cold calling and proactive lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for outside sales activities.
