The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) serves as a patient advocate and guide, helping patients diagnosed with cancer and their families navigate the complex healthcare system. This role supports patients from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, or end-of-life care, ensuring timely access to care, education, emotional support, and resources. The navigator collaborates with the oncology care team to eliminate barriers to care and enhance the patient experience.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or program
- State of California Registered Nurse License
- Oncology Certified Nurse Certification (OCN)
- Two (2) years experience in Case Management, beside nursing.
