The Medical Director will provide clinical supervision and leadership for all clinical staff, ensuring compliance with mission statement and philosophy regarding medical practices.
They will oversee quality of care issues and patient healthcare, including mental health and substance abuse clients. The Assistant Medical Director will assist in these responsibilities and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership for all clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with mission statement and philosophy regarding medical practices.
- Oversee quality of care issues and patient healthcare.
- Assist in recruitment of licensed medical staff.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Leadership abilities with practitioners.
- Understanding and sensitivity of the Latino population.
- Experience in clinical financial management and supervising medical residents.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
