Finance Director

The Director of Finance is responsible for the general accounting and reporting, accounts payable and business office functions. Other key responsibilities include assisting with annual budgeting, financial and business analysis.

1. Bachelors degree in accounting with related healthcare accounting and finance experience. Must possess a thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

2. Minimum of three to five years accounting and finance experience with general ledger close through financial statement preparation. Previous long-term care or hospital accounting and finance experience preferred.

3. Proficient in Microsoft office applications - specifically Excel and Word, and other key business financial or business management systems.

4. Willingness to grow personally and develop staff.
