About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial real estate transactions, including retail, office, industrial, and multi-family. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing deals, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property owners,investors, and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing proactive andresponsive service.
- Understand client's needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potentialchallenges.
- Analyze property values, rental rates, and market conditions to inform strategicdecision-making.
- Stay updated on industry news, regulations, and economic factors
Property Listings and Marketing:
- Develop effective marketing strategies, including creating compelling property listings,brochures, and presentations.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media to reach a wider audience.
- Coordinate property showings and tours with potential clients.
Transaction Management:
- Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other relevant contracts.
- Oversee the due diligence process, including property inspections and title searches.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, appraisers, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage deal closings and post-closing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid real estate license.
- Proven track record of success in commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, market trends, and legal regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
