Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and have further expansion planned in the near future. This role in based in our Plymouth office.
Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations leadership and team oversight in the homecare or assisted living space.
As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the team in our Massachusetts office, managing staff and resources, and ensuring the overall success of our team. On a company wide level we hope you can help to support Elder Care Homecare’s growth, mission, and goals of Growing Stronger Together.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-departmental team to ensure efficient and effective functioning
- Oversight of day to day operations of the office, client relationships, staffing, and case planning
- Setting expectations, goals, and targets and evaluating team performance on an ongoing basis
- Driving growth within the Massachusetts market
- Evaluation and implementation of policies and procedures to improve productivity and results
- Regular reporting to Executive Leadership
- Oversight of patient relationships to ensure service levels and satisfaction, stepping in when escalations are required
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Social Work or related field
- 3-5 years of strategic operational leadership experience
- Strong preference for previous experience working in the homecare or assisted living industries

Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - 110,000.00
