Elder Care Homecare is a Concierge Home Care business, looking for compassionate registered nurses in Brooklyn.
The roles consist of Per Diem & Hourly Nurses to care for seniors in private homes, as well as apartments, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
We offer cases based on availability, so you can choose what shifts work best for you!
Shifts Available:
- One hour visit to assist with IV infusion or aide supervision
- 4/8/10/12 Hour Nurse shift to assist patient with medical needs
- Potential for Full-Time opportunities for long-term cases
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience in a similar setting (e.g., hospital, clinic)
- Geriatric experience given preference but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Experience in Trach, Vent, WC & IV not required, but highly preferred!
- Malpractice Insurance required
- Medical Required (expedited sign up if these requirements are met)
- Physical, Drug Test, PPD/Quantiferon within the last year
- Rubella and Rubeola
- Covid Vaccine preferred but not required
