SUMMARY Preparing and serving of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in gaming and non-gaming areas of the casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests. Responsible for monies in the coin banks. Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests. Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar. Notifies barbacks when supplies are low. Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required. Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally's from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally's Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
