Mechanical Assembler
7am-3:30pm
Monday through Friday
Immediate Opening
Overtime as required
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Candidate must have the ability to the ability to read, understand, and apply manufacturing documents as well as meet the following:
- Minimum required education: HS Diploma/ GED
- 2 years of related manufacturing experience
- Experience in building, wiring and testing equipment
- Great attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Self-leadership
- Basic equipment knowledge to perform first line trouble shooting and root cause analysis
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Maintain necessary logs and records.
- Ability to conduct basic mathematical calculations
- Regular attendance by the employee is required to meet production goals and customer commitment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to provide a safe working environment at all times.
- Visual Inspection of completed project. Make necessary repairs based on workmanship standards.
- Good English verbal communication skills.
- Able to read and comprehend work instructions written in English.
- Ability to sit and stand up to eight (8) hours per day
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch Occasionally required to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
