Summary:
This position requires someone who can work in a flexible atmosphere and has ability to work in a team environment. Good organizational skills, attention to details and communication skills are essential. The Quality Administrator is responsible for data entry tasks for Quality Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Clear and accurate data entry into computer or quality document forms.
· Maintain accurate filling systems for quality documents.
· Ensure C of C are accurate and meet customers’ requirements.
· Generate accurate AS9102 FAIR.
· Perform tasks in such way that align with ESC Vision and Mission Statement.
· Always adhere to ESC Quality System and Instructions.
· Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
· Basic English reading, writing skills, and accurate spelling.
· Basic Computer skills: Ability to navigate computer between software.
· Able to work effectively and efficiently with colleagues.
· Data entry experience.
· Good work habits, including promptness to work and good attendance.
· Must be willing to work overtime as needed to support production.
· Self-motivated personnel with fast learning abilities with the willingness to learn and make a difference at work.
· Ability to follow work instruction.
· Must have Integrity, Good Character, and Smart working ethics.
· Preferred candidate: Quality Assurance Experience
· Preferred candidate: Epicor ERP experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,362.82 - $100,906.91 per year
