Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor belt systems in a manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and customer service skills to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of conveyor operations.
1st shift $18/hr - 8am start time
2nd shift - $20/hr - 6pm start time
3rd shift - $21/hr - 12am start time

Duties
- Install and configure conveyor belt systems according to specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor belts to ensure smooth operation.
- Repair and replace components as necessary, including electrical and hydraulic parts.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
