Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials in the warehouse.
- Follow safety protocols while working with mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Support various manufacturing processes as needed, adapting to changing demands.
Skills
- Experience with assembly line operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
- Ability to assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
