Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Kitter to join our dynamic team. The Kitter will play a crucial role in preparing materials and components for assembly by accurately gathering, organizing, and packaging items according to specific instructions. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
9:30am - 6:00pm
Must be able to start immediately!
Duties
- Gather and organize components and materials needed for production runs.
- Accurately package kits according to specifications, ensuring all items are included.
- Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate efficient kitting processes.
- Inspect items for quality assurance before packaging.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or materials to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in kitting, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking may be required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
