Position Overview:
As a CNA Trainer, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and guide students towards becoming outstanding CNAs. Your role will involve:

Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
Active NYS RN license and at least 1 year of practical experience in a long term care healthcare setting.
Proven track record in training or education, preferably in the long-term care sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse learners.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
