Description
Beer Delivery Drivers distribute craft beer brewed by Eastern Market Brewing Co and Ferndale Project to local businesses throughout their region within South Michigan (Company Vehicles Provided, No CDL required). Additionally, routes may include home deliveries including beer and retail products. Our delivery areas currently include Metro Detroit as well as weekly stops throughout Michigan, including Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Navigate a variety of routes to deliver kegs (160 lbs) and cases of beer and retail products to business accounts
- Maintaining inventory, merchandising and restocking products in store
- Interacting and providing business-to-business customer service in a professional manner
- Pulling, and loading customer orders for delivery
- Accurately fulfilling customer orders for delivery
- Making on-time deliveries locally throughout Michigan
- Moving product between brewery locations
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Must have the ability to lift (load and unload) Kegs weighing 160 lbs, frequency 1-8 kegs per shift
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must have a passion for creating positive customer and retail experiences
- Interest in craft beer, logistics, or self-distribution preferred
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, logistics, or driving delivery routes preferred
