Elevate Architecture PLLC, a San Antonio-based architecture firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. While licensure is preferred, it is not required—we’re looking for someone who is passionate, organized, and excited to grow with us.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our project delivery process. Your role will include:

• Collaborating with the design team during pre-design and schematic design phases
• Leading day-to-day management of projects from design development through construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration
• Coordinating directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff when needed
• Participating in community events and exploring marketing or business development efforts, if interested
• Problem solving for complex project constraints related to design, schedule, and budget

You’re a proactive communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment. You bring clarity and efficiency to communication and enjoy working with others to bring great ideas to life.

• 10 years of experience in architecture or project management
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing architectural projects from concept to completion
• A passion for design and problem-solving
• Licensure preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other standard design tools is a plus
