Activity Aide Life Enrichment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Director of Life Enrichment in planning and implementing a variety of recreational programs and activities.
• Engaging with residents on a one-on-one basis to provide companionship and support.
• Setting up and organizing activity spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting a sense of community.
• Documenting resident participation and feedback to aid in program improvement.
• Collaborating with the activities team to brainstorm and implement new and exciting ideas.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and leading engaging activities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs and preferences of residents.
