We are recruiting for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has the ability to see the big picture, has a pro-active mindset, and is self-driven and goal-oriented. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of high volume construction and project management experience. The candidate works with a strong sense of urgency. The team demands an analytical problem solver who is able to bring solutions to the table, and take charge of multiple, simultaneous projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, scheduling and coordinating activities of residential and multi-family construction projects. Project Manager will utilize their project and people management skills to deliver high-quality projects that exceed customer expectations and meet established cost and revenue targets
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, schedule and oversee activities of the entire residential construction process.
- Effectively manages and supervises several projects at once
- Reports weekly on project progress, costs, and timeline.
- Control construction costs on each project.
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines within project management software.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors, city inspectors, homeowners and design professionals.
- Anticipate the needs of the homeowner; builds trusting relationship with homeowners to ensure the key items of cost, time, quality, and client satisfaction are realized.
- Conducts daily site walk-through visits to ensure quality of construction and that timelines are met.
- Maintains clean and safe job sites
- Utilizes their project and people management skills to deliver high-quality projects that exceed customer expectations and meet established cost and revenue targets.
- Manage Project Close-out and Warranty Process

Using phones, cell phones, computers, email, fax
Bending and reaching
Standing or sitting for long periods of time
Walking on uneven surfaces
Using manual and powered tools
Driving in and working in all weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
