Job Summary
This position will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new and existing clients, and working closely with our recruiting team to deliver top-notch solutions to meet clients' needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Business: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies to build a pipeline of potential clients. Farm within existing clients to develop new opportunities.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and present suitable solutions from our services.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Team: Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure the right talent is matched with client requirements.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth goals.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in recruiting and sales to effectively position our services in the market.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Enter all sales and client related activities into ATS/CRM software to create accurate records of daily activities and to enable accurate pipeline forecasting.
Required Competencies
- Sales Strategy: Lead generation, sales pipeline management, negotiating deals, account management, closing strategies, with preferred experience in IT Staffing and Recruiting.
- Sales Process and Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales process, pipeline management and forecasting. Ensure progression of opportunities through the sales process and implement strategies for pipeline growth and acceleration.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of products and services, Product positioning, Pricing strategy

Required Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience in sales within the IT and/or professional services staffing industry with market expertise preferred in one of the following: DevOps, CyberSecurity, AI, Cloud, Platform Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to close during sales calls, overcome objections, and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
- Proficient with ATS/CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft 365.
Experience and Education
- Years of experience required: Minimum 5 years of experience in staffing sales.
- Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Travel required
Approximately 10% out of region travel will be required.
