Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be available to respond to emergency phone calls during weekday evenings and weekends.
- General Handyman duties for building and apartment maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements.
- Furnish own hand tools.
- Ability to learn.
