Elevate97 is looking for valued team members in two roles on our fabrication team, a skilled Sign Fabricator and a passionate Fabrication Assembly Technician to build a wide variety of signs. What You'll Do

Fabricator

• Fabricate components according to specifications.
• Operate sign fabricating equipment, including welder, brake press, level, table saw, panel saw, jointer, drills, CNC router, shears or channel letter machinery.
• Cut and weld various materials, such as aluminum and other metals.
• Clean and prepare signs for painting.

Fabrication Assembly Technician

• Assemble components and parts using various tools, equipment, and techniques such as cutting, drilling, welding, bolting, riveting, and soldering.
• Operate sign fabricating equipment including saws, jointer, drills, CNC router, grinders, shears, presses and channel letter machinery.
• Measure and inspect fabricated parts to verify conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Conduct quality checks during assembly to identify and address and defects or deviations from standards.

Both Roles

• Perform final assembly on finished goods containing illuminated or electrical components.
• Review Production Orders to ensure familiarization with requirements of the job.
• Deliver products that are acceptable by company standards of quality.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in fabrication or manufacturing process is a plus.
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding is helpful.
• A strong mechanical aptitude or prior construction/building experience is ideal.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and/or shop environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with various fasteners and have accurate math, measuring, and craftsmanship skills.
• Good visual acuity and detail oriented.
• Ability to read and understand floorplans and/or technical diagrams.
• Underwriters’ Laboratories (UL) certification or have a willingness to become certified.
• Previous sign company experience is highly preferred, but not required.
