Part-Time Assistant, Temporary with Potential for Full-Time
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week to start. Hours may increase over time based on business needs and the candidate’s availability and performance.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support daily office operations, marketing initiatives, and team culture efforts. This role requires a versatile, detail-oriented team player who enjoys wearing many hats—from managing errands and social media to prepping materials for tradeshows and celebrating team milestones. You will be a key support to both internal team members and special projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic tech troubleshooting knowledge (Wi-Fi, printers, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable running local errands and handling physical tasks (lifting, loading, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Canva or design tools is a plus
Minimum Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues (Wi-Fi, printers, etc.)
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms as needed
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for errands)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., restocking, event prep)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
