What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collection Analyst position at Elevated Facility Services?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process collections, adjustments, and deductions
- Escalate balances to Managers, sales team or 3rd party collection agency according to guidelines
- Provide documentation requested by customers in order to assist in the collections process
- Make collection notes and provide status regarding collection activities
- Escalate business questions to Senior Credit Analysts and Managers
- Understand the A / R function, key policies, and standard operating procedures
- Build effective relationships with internal parties to develop solutions and resolve issues collectively
- Additional duties as assigned.
